We all know the answer to this question… or should… Are customers important? YES!! important and without them none of us would be in our current roles in any organization that we are a part of. The following exercise helps determine our thought process when we are stuck between providing an SLA (Service Level Agreement) and between providing the best support that we can with our current customer.
The question is this: Which is more important, the customer you are speaking with or the customer next in line?
